Question of the Week - 6

What is your favorite type of project to take along on holiday/vacation?

On the rare occasion that I do go away on a holiday, I do usually take some crocheting with me - or I buy something to do while I'm there, depending on where that may be. Doilies and light things, cottons etc are good for warm weather holidays when I spend a lot of time at the beach and anything is good for cold weather holidays.

I learned to knit while we were on holiday in Ulla Dulla, I also ended up with a very bad case of hives while I was there, but that has nothing to do with why I don't particularly like knitting. The fact I was using Very Pointy Needles and was knitting Very Tightly and ended up almost with blisters on my finger tips might have something to do with it.


Angel is spending the weekend with me, my sister and I went for a drive this morning with the dogs and Angel borrowed her "cousin's" coat - which does look very cute on her! My sister put a daisy in her collar but Angel was determined not to show it off for the camera.

...and just to prove I have too much time on my hands - it's freezing and my hands are numb but not a bad effort. Now if only I could turn it into a useful and marketable skill...
