Something Unusual

I've had a long day and I will write more later this evening or tomorrow...but I have a few photos to share. They're not the photos one would expect to see here, as they are not crochet related.





I admit I know very little about cars, just as much as I need to know to get from A to B relatively safely. One thing I do know is driving on the motorway can be treacherous at the best of times, add in a blown out tyre during a particularly busy time and with a speed of up to 110kms per hour and matters can become even more complicated...I am just really thankful that it turned out as well as it did. My "eight-hour-working-day" became a "10-hour" one but, believe me, I am not complaining.

I did not make it home in time to pick up my car from the mechanic but making it home safely is good enough for me!

I did get some crocheting done earlier on in the piece...
